Engraved glassware built around Scottish Gaelic words and phrases, where the character of the language shapes the composition as much as the meaning itself. Letter spacing, line breaks and emphasis are prepared carefully so each phrase reads clearly on glass.

The Story Behind the Collection 

Gaelic can move from humour to lyricism in very few words, and that rhythm matters when the language is set on glass. The composition follows the phrasing rather than treating the text as decoration, allowing line breaks, spacing and emphasis to carry some of the cadence of the original expression.
