Coordinated Presentations

Golf clubs often present awards across several categories during the same event. Captain's Days, annual championships and charity competitions may recognise overall winners alongside nearest the pin, longest drive and other individual achievements.

A coordinated collection allows each presentation piece to share a consistent engraving language while being matched to the significance of the award. Crystal awards, presentation bowls, engraved glassware and commemorative plaques can all be prepared as part of a single collection, creating a considered presentation that feels connected from first prize to last.

  • Tell us about the project

Whether you're planning a Captain's Day, commemorating a course record or developing a presentation piece for your club, begin by telling us about the project. Club crests, scorecards, photographs and reference material can all help shape the commission.

  • Artwork Preparation

Every commission is prepared individually. Club crests, architectural references, scorecards and supplied artwork are reviewed before the engraving layout is developed. Redraw or design work is quoted separately where required.

  • Preview Before Engraving

A digital proof is prepared for approval, confirming the engraving layout, positioning, wording and any personalised details before production begins.

  • Engraved in the Studio

Once approved, your commission is engraved to order in our Fife studio, carefully inspected and prepared for presentation or delivery.
