Your order is packed in eco-friendly packaging where possible. We dispatch all packages through Royal Mail or DPD who usually deliver within 2 - 4 days (excluding Sundays).

  • Processing

    All our pieces are engraved to order, please allow 1-3 business days from point of order to dispatch. If required sooner please message us prior to purchase.

  • Packaging

    As standard, your item comes tissue wrapped in a blue gift box, packed in bubblewrap and sent in a sturdy cardboard box.

  • Parcel Insurance

    Our delivery service includes insurance whilst the item is in transit to get you the items you love to your door quickly and safely.

Processing Timescale

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. All pieces are individually etched to order, and we start the process of producing your glassware the working day after we receive your order. From the start of production it typically takes 3 -5 days for an order to leave our studio.

Each glass goes through a five stage process

  1. Your chosen design is printed on inkjet film, which is then transferred onto light sensitive film using a UV machine. This creates an individual single use stencil.
  2. We’ll then begin the delicate task of applying the stencil and sandblast-resistant tape to the glass.
  3. Our skilled glass engraver then blasts each glass individually, by hand, in a special sandblasting cabinet.
  4. Each piece is then rinsed clean of residue and polished.
  5. Once, polished, the finished glass is then quality checked, carefully wrapped in tissue and gift boxed. Only then is the order ready to be dispatched.

Bespoke / Personalised

Our bespoke and personalised items take approximately 3 - 7 days for delivery. Please contact us if you require your personalised/bespoke item for a specific delivery date

We are a Scottish Company based in the UK. who due to the fragile nature of our products are unable to ship internationally.

How much does delivery cost?

I'd like to place an order for a special occasion - can you guarantee it'll be delivered in time?

We understand the importance of delivering your order in
time for special occasions. And although we can’t make any guarantees, please get in touch with your request and we’ll do everything we can to engrave and dispatch your items asap.

Who delivers your parcels?

Depending on the size and weight of your order we will use either Royal Mail or DPD

What happens if I miss a delivery?

DPD will attempt delivery for 3 consecutive days, after which your order will be returned to us here. If your order is being delivered by Royal mail they will pop a card through your door to advise you on the next steps and rearrange the delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Once your item is dispatched (typically 1-3 working days) standard delivery is within 2-4 days (excluding weekends).

Please Note: Although we will make every effort to deliver within the delivery time specified on the website, we cannot guarantee this as they may be affected by unseen problems such as courier or supplier issues.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Amendments to orders can only be made if your order hasn't gone into production. Please email us and include your order number.

Do you part deliver orders?

In order to offer the best protection for our fragile products, we'll occasionally dispatch large orders in separate parcels.

Can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number which will be live after 24 hours.

What do I do if my order does not arrive after the last estimated delivery date?

Please contact us immediately either via email and we will investigate this for you. We are unable to investigate until the last working day has passed, i.e, if you have been estimated 3 working days for delivery please contact us only if the 3rd working day has passed. Please check your order confirmation for details about your delivery date.

Items Not Delivered?

If an item is returned to us after Royal Mail has marked the item/s as not delivered, further postage costs for re-sending your purchase are required. We’ll store your purchase for up to three weeks (21 days) from the date we receive the items whilst we await your instructions/payment. If we don’t hear from you within 21 days from receipt of the not-delivered item/s, the item/s will be destroyed and unfortunately the order will not be eligible for a resend/refund.
