We carefully pack each order in eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail with standard delivery typically taking 2–4 working days from dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

All our pieces are individually engraved to order.
Please allow 4–7 working days from the date of your order for production and dispatch. -
Packaging
Every item is carefully tissue-wrapped and placed in a signature blue gift box.
We then securely pack it with bubble wrap and sturdy outer boxing to ensure it arrives safely. -
Parcel Insurance
All deliveries are fully insured while in transit, giving you peace of mind that your order is protected as it travels to your door.

All pieces are individually engraved to order, and we begin the process the working day after your order is received.
Typical production time is 4–7 working days before dispatch.
Each glass goes through a careful, five-stage process:
— Your chosen design is printed on film and transferred onto a light-sensitive stencil using UV exposure.
— The stencil and sandblast-resistant tape are hand-applied to the glass.
— Our skilled engraver hand-blasts each glass individually for precision and depth.
— Each piece is rinsed, cleaned, and hand-polished.
— Finished pieces are carefully inspected, wrapped, and gift-boxed, ready for dispatch.
Bespoke / Personalised
Bespoke and personalised items require 4–7 working days for production before dispatch.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order, as we are unable to alter production times once an order has been placed.

How much does delivery cost?

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date for a special occasion?
While we understand how important special occasions are, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
All of our glassware is engraved to order using traditional sandblasting techniques, and typical production time is 4–7 working days before dispatch.
If you have a specific date in mind, please get in touch before placing your order. While we can’t guarantee availability for every deadline, we’re always happy to advise on current lead times.
Who delivers your parcels?
We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for deliveries, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office.
How long will delivery take once dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched (typically after 4–7 working days production time), standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days (excluding weekends).
Please Note:Although we will make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order promptly, courier delays and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery times, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t yet gone into production, we may be able to amend the delivery address.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you part-deliver orders?
For larger orders, we may send your items in separate parcels to ensure they are properly protected during transit.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
(Please note we can only investigate after the final working day of the estimated delivery time has passed.)
What happens if my order is returned to you as undelivered?
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail or Parcelforce as undelivered, additional postage costs will apply to resend the order.
We will hold returned items for 21 days — if we don’t hear from you within that time, the items will be safely disposed of and the order will not be eligible for a refund or resend.
