The places we remember are often represented by a single landmark, emblem or familiar figure. This collection brings together engraved designs inspired by the symbols that have come to define cities, regions and communities, celebrating the places that shape our identity and the stories attached to them.

Each commission follows the same studio process, from artwork preparation and proof approval through to hand sandblasting and finishing in our Fife workshop.

Each piece is engraved by hand using traditional sandblast techniques.

The Story Behind the Collection

The collection includes illustrations inspired by civic landmarks, public monuments and recognised emblems, from historic statues to the Manchester Bee and Liverpool's Liver Bird.

Each design is engraved using our traditional sandblasting process across a selection of glassware chosen to suit the composition.
