Payment information is processed through the payment services available through our online store. Engraved Glass Design does not independently receive or store complete payment card details where these are processed by the relevant payment provider.

We use this material for purposes connected with assessing, designing, producing and administering your commission.

Please do not provide personal information that is unnecessary for the commission.

Commission Photography and Portfolio Use
Engraved Glass Design may photograph completed commissions to maintain a record of our work and, where appropriate, to illustrate our work on our website, portfolio, social media or other promotional materials.
Some completed commissions may contain names or other information capable of identifying an individual. Where personal information is involved, we will consider the nature of the commission, the information shown and the reasonable privacy interests of the individuals concerned before using the photograph publicly.
Where we use personal information contained within commission photography for portfolio or promotional purposes on the basis of our legitimate interests, our legitimate interest is in presenting representative examples of the design and engraving work undertaken by Engraved Glass Design.
If you would prefer your completed commission not to be photographed or shared publicly, please let us know before the commission is completed.
You may also object to our subsequent use of personal information in commission photography. Please contact us if you would like us to consider such a request.
We will not knowingly publish material identified to us as confidential or commercially sensitive contrary to arrangements agreed for the commission.

Shopify and International Processing
Our online store is hosted on Shopify.
When you visit or purchase from our online store, personal information may be processed by Shopify in order to provide the ecommerce services used by Engraved Glass Design.
