Supplied Bottles, Glassware & Commissions

Some projects begin with the bottle or glass already chosen. We engrave selected customer supplied bottles and glassware, including whisky, wine and spirit bottles, presentation pieces and other suitable glass objects. Each piece is individually assessed for engraving suitability, available engraving area and any technical considerations before a commission is accepted.

From one off wedding and retirement gifts to branded short runs and trade enquiries, each project is considered individually according to the piece, proposed engraving and intended use.

One Off & Personal Commissions
Wedding bottles, retirement gifts, milestone birthdays and personal commissions engraved onto selected supplied bottles or glassware.
Short Runs & Trade Projects
Limited editions, launch pieces, hospitality gifting and branded batches prepared for consistent production and clean presentation.
Decanters & Special Pieces
Decanters, presentation bottles and distinctive glass objects reviewed individually for suitability, layout and engraving finish.

How It Works

01 | Share Your Brief
Tell us about the bottle or glassware, the engraving you have in mind and any artwork, wording or source material you would like us to consider.
02 | Suitability Assessment
We assess the item, proposed engraving and supplied artwork for technical suitability, available engraving area and any particular production considerations.
03 | Commission Summary
Once the commission can be clearly defined, we issue a Bespoke Commission Summary setting out the agreed brief, costs and applicable Design & Layout Fee. This establishes the commissioned scope before design work begins.
04 | Design & Engraving Layout
Once the applicable Design & Layout Fee has been paid, we prepare the commissioned artwork and issue an Engraving Layout for review. This shows the proposed composition, positioning, wording and other agreed details.
05 | Refinement & Approval
Where included, you may submit one consolidated response containing reasonable refinements within the agreed brief. The revised Engraving Layout is then presented for written approval before production begins.
06 | Engraving & Return
Following approval, we complete our final production checks. Any remaining balance is payable before stencil preparation and engraving begin. The finished piece is checked, packed and returned using the agreed delivery arrangement.
