Every piece we make is crafted with care, and if you have a question or need help with a return, we’re always happy to assist.
Requesting a Return
We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages or Issues
We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
Photographs and a description will help us resolve things quickly.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Personalised or bespoke orders
- Glassware intended for commercial environments is also not eligible for return.
- Returns aren’t accepted on presentation box purchases.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out — we’re happy to advise.
Exchanges
Need something different?
The quickest way is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if the refund is approved.
If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
