Bespoke Artwork

We reserve all rights to artwork that we create for you. Custom art is (c) Just The Ticket Engraved Glass Design (unless reproducing art owned by someone else and used with their permission), and may not be used or reproduced without Just The Ticket’s express written permission. We may use the art we create on our own stock products to sell to other people, unless prearranged.

Bespoke Image Design - There is an additional charge for this service, and it is only available via custom order. Bespoke Image design and engraving is quoted on an individual basis as it is unique and varies depending on the complexity of the request. As a general guide preparing artwork for engraving normally cost in the region of £10 - £30 per image.

We can't use art or text that you do not have the rights to reproduce (eg designs which are copyrighted or trademarked). We are not responsible for researching copyright ownership for your design requests and will assume that by making the request you have the rights to use the design.

Any changes to a bespoke order or personalisation needs to be requested within 1 hour of ordering.

All bespoke and personalised glasses may appear on our social media platforms. If you’d rather we didn’t, just drop us a message to let us know.

Personalised & Made To Order Products

Unfortunately as Bespoke, Made To Order and Personalised Products are created just for you and are unique, we are unable to accept returns.
Made To Order and Personalised Products are exempt from our standard returns policy unless the product is damaged in transit or the design/personalisation details are dissimilar to the final approved mock-up digital artwork.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised & bespoke items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Refund Policy

All return requests must be received by Just The Ticket within 7 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. To start a return, you can contact us

Please note:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Our normal returns policy applies to sale items bought online.

We do not accept exchanges.

Please note that we are an online glass engraving company for homewares, and our products are only intended for use in a domestic environment. None of our products are certified for use in a commercial environment, and we can not guarantee their longevity if used for commercial purposes.

If used in a commercial environment this will void our returns policy as they have not been put through the vigorous testing that contract glassware has been subjected to. Because of this we cannot guarantee their longevity and therefore cannot take responsibility as you have chosen to use them in a commercial environment.

We do not accept requests for refunds on used items, e.g. items described as faulty after 12hrs of receipt of delivery.

Returns Policy for Outlet, Seconds and Display items:

Please be aware that our Standard Returns Policy does not apply to any items sold from our Outlet Shop or during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale event or from a display at one of our stores where goods are seen and/or purchased in-person. We do not accept returns on any purchases made during these events and no refunds or exchanges/replacements/repairs or credit notes will be issued. Items purchased during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale or from a display in store, carry defects and are purchased with the knowledge of those defects.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalised & bespoke items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Images & Product Descriptions

Since every one of our glasses is sandblast etched and finished by hand, it is therefore unique. As a result, you may notice variations in each engraving. The engraving may also vary slightly from the website photo or description.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pictures. Errors and omissions, typographical or description mistakes should not be construed as an attempt to deceive the buyer. Should you spot any errors, do drop us a message to let us know.

Bespoke and personalised glasses may appear on our social media platforms. If you’d rather we didn’t, just drop us a message to let us know.

Photographs may not be copied or distributed in any form without previous written consent.

Buyer Safety

Our glassware does not represent a safety risk. However, buyers should be aware that glass is fragile. Breakages can occur and broken glass is a significant injury hazard. Buyers are advised to take caution upon initial opening of the product package.

In the unlikely event there is a breakage in transit, please contact us within 12hrs of receipt of goods and include photographs (packaging & glass) and detailed description of the issue.

We do not accept liability for items damaged/broken by wear & tear, accident or misuse.

Any use of the words ‘Fully Toughened’ refers only to the manufacturing process in which a glass is designed to break into multiple blunt pieces rather than shards.

Our Glassware

All our glassware is crafted in clear transparent glass whilst the engraving has a smooth translucent frosted appearance.

Our glassware may reveal slight irregularities, possibly in the form of air bubbles, pontil and/or hand tooling marks, glass and/or colour pattern irregularities, or even a slight asymmetrical form. These irregularities do not imply a defect of the product.
Please note: Our full range of glassware including all of our whisky and gin gift sets are supplied empty.
