The Story Behind the Design

This engraving is based on the form of The Snow Hare shown mid-leap beneath a crescent moon formed from interwoven snowflakes, with frost drifting in its wake and the boundary between animal and symbol deliberately softened, prepared as a balanced composition to suit the engraving area of the glass.

The design is arranged to preserve flow and movement within the composition, maintaining clarity when engraved.

The Glass

Tall, elongated tulip-profile prosecco glass with slender stem and extended vertical engraving field.

The Atelier prosecco glass features a significantly taller bowl and fine, elongated stem, creating a refined vertical silhouette. The extended surface height provides a larger engraving panel, allowing detailed monograms, crests and multi-line inscriptions to be arranged with improved spacing and clarity.

The slender stem and balanced foot maintain visual lightness while supporting stable display and formal table presentation.
