Welsh lovespoons were traditionally carved with symbolic details associated with affection, commitment and good fortune. Our engraved interpretation brings together the lovespoon form with the Welsh dragon, entwined hearts, keys and daffodils in a composition prepared specifically for glass.

The Story Behind the Collection

The Welsh lovespoon transformed a carved object into a language of symbols, with hearts, keys, knots and other motifs carrying ideas of devotion, good fortune and commitment. The engraved collection draws on that tradition and combines it with distinctly Welsh elements to create compositions for wedding and anniversary glassware.
