About This Commission
Every corporate commission begins with your logo, crest, building or design brief. Artwork is individually prepared for engraving, with layout, proportion and line weight refined to suit both the design and the chosen piece of glassware.
Whether you're commissioning a single presentation piece or a larger corporate order, each engraving is prepared for approval before production begins. Names, dates, presentation wording and commemorative inscriptions can all be incorporated to create a finished piece that reflects the occasion.
Each piece is engraved using our traditional sandblasting process, producing a crisp permanent finish that preserves the clarity and detail of the original artwork.

The Commission Process
Corporate awards are developed around the purpose of the presentation, the material supplied and the form of the piece itself. We consider proportion, engraving suitability and presentation from the outset so the finished work feels resolved rather than simply branded.
Artwork Review
Share the award details, branding, inscription and any supporting artwork. We review the material, assess how it will work on the chosen piece and agree the direction before design preparation begins.
Design & Engraving Layout
Where required, artwork is refined or redrawn for engraving and arranged to suit the form of the award. An Engraving Layout is then shared for review, with one consolidated refinement included within the agreed brief.
Approval, Engraving & Dispatch
Once approved, the award is engraved and checked in our Fife studio before being prepared for presentation or dispatch.
