The Story Behind the Design
This three piece whisky set brings together three designs associated with the Entered Apprentice Degree.
The apothecary decanter carries the First Degree Tracing Board. One whisky glass is engraved with the Square and Compasses as presented within the Entered Apprentice Degree, while the second carries the Working Tools of the First Degree: the Twenty Four Inch Gauge, Common Gavel and Chisel.
Together, the three pieces present the principal visual elements used across the individual Entered Apprentice designs.
The engraving is prepared as a coordinated composition across the set, with each piece adjusted to suit its individual engraving area.
