About This Commission

This design records a complete round of golf in a structured engraved layout, including course, date and the full eighteen hole scorecard. Front nine and back nine are presented separately, with totals carried through to the final score.

Player details, handicap and a reproduced signature can also be incorporated, with spacing and alignment resolved so the scorecard remains legible as a display composition.

Form & Proportion

The jade glass rectangle features a substantial 10mm thickness with polished edges and a clean, contemporary profile. Its balanced proportions allow it to be displayed either vertically or horizontally using the supplied chrome pin stand.

The flat engraving surface provides clarity for logos, crests and presentation text, making it suited to corporate recognition, lodge awards and formal commemorative pieces.

The artwork is prepared for engraving and arranged for the chosen piece. An Engraving Layout is then shared for review, with one consolidated refinement included within the agreed brief.

Once the layout is approved, the piece is engraved and checked in our Fife studio before being prepared for presentation or dispatch.

Each commission is assessed individually to establish the most appropriate approach for sandblast engraving. Where interpretation, redrawing, adaptation or design development is required, any applicable Design & Layout Fee will be confirmed following review and included in your Bespoke Commission Summary before design work begins.

Approved artwork is retained within our studio archive, making it straightforward to commission additional pieces using the same design. Where the existing artwork can be used without further design work, an additional Design & Layout Fee will not normally apply.
