About This Commission
Every design is prepared individually from the Provincial Grand Chapter crest or badge supplied.
The generous engraving panel allows complex insignia to be reproduced clearly, while the presentation inscription is arranged to complement the emblem without competing for attention.
Names, office, province and years of service can all be incorporated, creating a presentation piece suited to appointments, installations, retirements and significant milestones within Provincial Grand Chapter.
Each tankard is engraved individually to ensure a clear, precise and permanent finish.

The Commission Process
Each commission is prepared individually in our studio, with artwork reviewed and approved before engraving begins.
Artwork Review
We review the crest, emblem or inscription provided and assess how it will translate clearly into engraving.
Design & Engraving Layout
Where required, artwork is refined or redrawn for engraving. An Engraving Layout is prepared and issued for approval before engraving begins.
Engraving & Finishing
Once approved, the piece is engraved by hand in our Fife studio and prepared for presentation or dispatch.
