At the time, the product listing included two wording variations within the design, but only one visual example was shown. While the preferred wording could be selected at checkout, we felt there was enough potential for misunderstanding to justify a quick confirmation before preparation began.

A short message was sent to verify the exact version required.

Preparation and Engraving

Once confirmed, the artwork was prepared to match the selected version, ensuring spacing and layout aligned with the chosen text.

The design was then transferred to stencil and sandblasted to achieve a consistent etched finish.

Outcome

The finished piece matched the customer's intended wording exactly, with the engraving prepared using the confirmed text.

The experience also prompted a review of the product listing itself. Additional imagery was later added to ensure future customers could clearly see both wording options before ordering.
