About Your Glass

Tulip-shaped prosecco glass with balanced bowl and thicker stem, providing a stable engraving surface and defined front panel.

Best for: Personalised inscriptions, commemorative engraving and celebratory table presentation.

The Signature prosecco glass features a gently tapered tulip bowl supported by a proportionate, slightly heavier stem and stable foot. The forward bowl curve provides a clear engraving field suitable for monograms, dates and emblem work, while the fuller stem profile offers durability for regular use.

The overall form maintains clarity and balance without the extended vertical line of the Atelier version.

Engraving & Personalisation

Complimentary engraving includes up to 12 characters placed on the same side as the design. We always aim for a layout that balances beautifully and suits the shape of the glass, but final positioning is at the discretion of the studio.

If you'd like to go beyond the complimentary allowance, additional characters are charged at 30p each. Contact us for more details

A digital artwork proof is provided for approval before engraving begins. Please review spelling, dates and wording carefully, as engraving is carried out directly from the approved artwork.

  • Engraving cannot proceed until written approval has been received.
  • Changes requested after approval may not be possible and, where feasible, would incur additional costs.
  • If you have not seen your proof within two working days, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • As each piece is engraved to your specification, personalised orders cannot be returned once artwork has been approved.

Engraved with Precision

Every glass is engraved in our Fife studio using traditional sandblasting, a method chosen for its clarity, depth and permanence. Each mountain illustration is redrawn in-house and prepared specifically for glass.

  1. Artwork Prepared in Studio

    Each illustration is developed by our in-house designer and refined as vector artwork. Line weight and contrast are carefully balanced to ensure the engraving remains clear and true to form once etched into glass.

  2. Single-Use Stencil Creation

    The approved design is transferred onto a specialist stencil using UV exposure. A fresh stencil is created for each engraving to preserve crisp detail and clean edges.

  3. Hand Sandblasted Engraving

    Using a controlled stream of fine aluminium oxide, the exposed areas of the glass are engraved by hand. This creates a smooth satin finish with visible depth and definition.

  4. Finishing and Inspection

    Each piece is cleaned, checked and hand finished before presentation. Alignment, balance and clarity are reviewed to ensure the engraving sits naturally on the chosen glass.

Sandblast engraving has been at the heart of our studio since 1982. Every piece is engraved individually and finished by hand.
