Every personalised engraving begins with considered artwork preparation.
This service covers the time and care required to prepare clear, balanced layouts for engraving. From initial positioning through to refined digital mock-ups, each design is structured to ensure it engraves cleanly and sits correctly on the chosen glassware.
How It Works
Artwork & proof approval
We prepare your layout and send a digital mock-up for approval. This includes up to two refinement rounds within the agreed scope.
Final product listing & engraving
Once artwork is approved, we issue a private product link for your chosen glassware, presentation and delivery. Engraving begins after final payment is received.

Standard Preparation – £30
Suitable for:
- Text layout and positioning
- Clean logo placement
- Minor vector adjustments
- Simple scaling and refinement
More detailed crests, heraldic devices or illustrated references may require our Detailed Commission Preparation service. We will advise if this applies.
Important Notes
Artwork preparation is a design service and is non-refundable.
Additional refinements beyond the agreed scope may require further preparation.
This purchase covers artwork only; glassware, presentation and delivery are billed separately.
