Every personalised engraving begins with thoughtful design. This service covers the time, skill and care it takes to prepare your engraving artwork — from initial layouts to refined digital mock-ups — so the final piece engraves cleanly and looks as intended.
How it works
- Enquire & quote – We confirm feasibility and estimate artwork time.
- Purchase artwork preparation – Choose the time quoted in your email. If unsure, select 1 hour and we’ll advise.
- We create your artwork and send a digital mock-up for approval – Includes up to two refinement rounds within scope.
- Final listing & engraving – We send a private product link for your glassware, presentation box and P&P. Once paid, we engrave by hand.

Important notes
- Rate: £20 per hour.
- Non-refundable: this design service is paid up-front and is not deducted from glassware.
- Additional changes beyond two rounds or outside scope are £20/h (we’ll check with you first).
- This purchase is for design time only; glassware, presentation and P&P are billed on your final product listing.
- Project reference: add a short reference (e.g. your name, event, or nickname) so we can link artwork and messages quickly.

What if the design needs more time than purchased?
We’ll confirm before proceeding. You can purchase additional time in 30-minute increments.
Can I use the artwork elsewhere?
Artwork is created specifically for engraving by Just The Ticket and isn’t licensed for external use.
