This classic beer tankard combines a sturdy handle, generous capacity, and a distinctive star-moulded base for a traditional pub feel with a refined edge. Each tankard is individually masked, sandblasted, and polished by hand in our Fife studio. Simpler designs take around 30–40 minutes, while personalised or intricate artwork extends that quiet, careful process to ensure a crisp, permanent satin finish.

Our traditional sandblast engraving delivers crisp detail, deep texture, and a tactile satin finish that stands apart from laser or transfer methods. Hand-engraved in our Fife studio using single-use stencils, each piece is prepared, blasted, and polished by hand for exceptional sharpness and permanence.

How it’s done:

  1. Artwork is refined as a vector for clean, precise lines.
  2. A UV-exposed stencil is created for single-use masking.
  3. Stencils and tape are applied to the glass by hand.
  4. Each piece is sandblasted by hand for depth and detail.
  5. Finally, it’s cleaned, polished, inspected, and gift-boxed.
