About Your Glass

This straight-sided whisky tumbler is chosen for its clean engraving surface and solid base perfect for neat spirits, short cocktails, or a quiet dram by the fire. Each glass is individually prepared, sandblasted, and polished by hand in our Fife studio. Simpler designs take around 30–40 minutes, while personalised or detailed engravings, including artwork preparation, extend that measured process to achieve a flawless, satin-smooth finish.

I ought two engraved glassed to replace one that I broke after 25 years! Fantastic quality product and would recommend Just the Ticket to anyone. Delivery was really fast as well given that these are made to order.

Our traditional sandblast engraving delivers crisp detail, deep texture, and a tactile satin finish that stands apart from laser or transfer methods. Hand-engraved in our Fife studio using single-use stencils, each piece is prepared, blasted, and polished by hand for exceptional sharpness and permanence.

How it’s done:

  1. Artwork is refined as a vector for clean, precise lines.
  2. A UV-exposed stencil is created for single-use masking.
  3. Stencils and tape are applied to the glass by hand.
  4. Each piece is sandblasted by hand for depth and detail.
  5. Finally, it’s cleaned, polished, inspected, and gift-boxed.
