Providing your order hasn't gone into production we will be able to implement your requested changes.

As this piece will be engraved to your specifications and/or personalised it is not eligible for a refund, however you can request a replacement if item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
As standard, your item comes tissue wrapped in a blue cardboard gift box
We photograph all bespoke and personalised glassware before dispatch and use some of these images on our social media feeds. If you would prefer us not to showcase your design, please let us know.
