Recently, we had an order come through for a Lambretta pint glass, a classic for scooter enthusiasts — offering two design options: A Way of Life or Aged to Perfection.
But there was one problem: the listing only showed one photo.
The customer chose their preferred wording, but with no image showing both options, there was a risk of misunderstanding. Rather than assume, we paused. We reached out to double-check: Which wording would they like engraved?
Why does this matter?

Taking the time to check meant no disappointment when the parcel arrived. It meant the customer would get a piece that matched their intention exactly, not almost, not approximately.
