How it Works

1- Upload
Share your ideas, whether you are taking inspiration from a loved ones handwritten note, your company logo, a delicate sketch, favourite hobby, or childrens artwork, we want to hear from you

2 - Draw
Once we’ve received your image file, we’ll get to work drawing and preparing the artwork ready for engraving. Then we’ll create a digital mock-up artwork proof preview of the engraving layout showing how the design could
look -
3 - Approve
Once the mock-up artwork proof preview is ready, you’ll get an email from Helena our in-house designer, asking you to check you’re happy with how everything looks and approve the design.

4 - Engrave
Once approved, John, an expert craftsman with over 35 years experience engraving glass, will then begin the delicate task of engraving the design onto your chosen glassware.The finished piece is then quality checked, wrapped in tissue and gift boxed. Only then is the order ready to be dispatched.
