1. Get in Touch

Whether you have a beautiful crayoned wall, a scribble a finger painting, or just the seed of an idea — we’d love to hear from you. Upload your artwork during checkout or email us directly. However your vision begins, we’ll help transform it into something truly memorable.

2. We Draw & Prepare

Once we’ve received your artwork, we carefully redraw or refine it for engraving. Then, we create a digital layout preview showing how your design will look on the glass — scaled, positioned, and professionally prepared.

3. You Approve

When your proof is ready, you’ll hear from Helena, our in-house designer. She’ll share your engraving layout and check that you’re happy with every detail before we proceed.

4. We Engrave & Pack

With your approval, John — our master engraver with over 35 years of experience — begins the delicate process of sandblasting your design into the glass. Each piece is then quality checked, hand-wrapped in tissue, and gift boxed, ready for delivery.

One Custom Drawing
We’ll engrave one special drawing, doodle, or piece of handwriting provided by you.. However If you'd like to include more than one drawing, or add handwriting, multiple placements, or extra detail, we’ll always check in with you first and confirm any additional costs.
Expert Sandblast Engraving
Each glass is engraved by hand using traditional sandblasting techniques, so your child’s artwork is captured with depth, clarity, and a lasting finish you can treasure.
Artwork Preparation
Whether it’s a crayon scribble, handprint, or watercolour splash, we’ll carefully refine your artwork to make it engraving-ready — all done in-house with a light touch.
Proof & Approval
You’ll receive a digital preview to approve before we engrave — so you can be sure everything’s just right.

Childrens Drawing	Scanned image of a picture drawn using a dark felt tip pen on plain white paper (no multi-coloured paintings please) Clear photo - taken in good light and directly above the image Bold lines stand out best when engraved so drawings done in dark coloured felt tips pens are usually better, but don't worry if they're not available to you. Pencil drawings can work just as well as long as the pencil lines aren't too faint.

What if I don't have the right type of file you need?	No worries. We can convert your low-resolution files to the file type required. Sometimes it’s a simple conversion, and sometimes we have to completely redraw your logo. If this is the case the may be an additional charge, however we’ll review your artwork and provide you with an estimate for the work prior to engraving. After we’ve completed the artwork, your new digital vector art will remain on file for future use. These vector files are the property of JUST THE TICKET, ENGRAVED GLASS DESIGN unless a separate written agreement is made.
Reproduction Rights	Customer warrants and represents to JUST THE TICKET, ENGRAVED GLASS DESIGN that he/she is lawfully entitled to reproduce and copy the pictures, logos or artwork ordered and has full authority to authorise us to reproduce and copy such pictures and artwork. The customer will indemnify and save JUST THE TICKET, ENGRAVED GLASS DESIGN against any claims, actions, and damages, and for any expenses connected therewith, arising out of reproductions and copying of such pictures or artwork or any parts thereof.
