From one-of-a-kind gifts to marking life’s most special occasions, our bespoke service ensures your glassware is as unique as the story behind it. We’ll guide you through the process from first idea to final engraving — every step handled with care.

When you’re ready to bring your vision to life, we’ll confirm the glassware style and book your artwork time. This covers preparing your layouts and mock-ups so you can see exactly how your design will look before engraving begins.

What Can Be Personalised?

Many of our glassware pieces can be engraved with your designs — from whisky tumblers and champagne flutes to gin glasses, beer tankards, and even full decanter sets.

You can share logos, sketches, or handwriting, and we’ll guide you from concept to creation. Once your artwork time is booked, we’ll prepare digital mock-ups for your approval before moving on to engraving.

Before You Order – What’s Included

We’re always happy to talk through your ideas and recommend glassware styles - that part is completely free.

To make sure every project gets the care it deserves, we follow a simple, two-step approach:

  1. During your enquiry, we can show an existing design on one glass style so you can get a feel for proportion and placement.
  2. For your own designs, multiple glass styles, or alternative concepts, we’ll book your artwork time through our Bespoke Artwork & Design Service (£20 per hour, deducted from your final order). This covers preparing your layouts, mock-ups, and up to two rounds of revisions.
    This way, we can invest the right time and attention in creating something you’ll be proud to give — or to keep.

Want to Engrave a Bottle You Already Own?

We also offer a personal engraving service for bottles you provide — perfect for adding a meaningful message to a special vintage, a favourite whisky, or a keepsake from a celebration.

Whether it's a note from father to son on a wedding day, or a heartfelt message for a friend, we can engrave your bottle with care. You’ll still receive a digital proof for approval before we begin, and every piece is treated with the same attention to detail as our in-house glassware.

Good to Know:

  • Pricing

    Text engraving is currently charged at 30p per character. We’ll always confirm the final cost before you go ahead.

  • Postage

    You’ll be responsible for shipping your bottle to us, and we’ll add return postage to your final invoice (Royal Mail tracked).

  • Suitability

    Some bottles — especially those that are heavily embossed or unusually shaped — may not be suitable for engraving. We’ll always check and advise before you send.

  • 1 - Connect With Us

    Share your ideas - whether you’re inspired by a loved one’s handwritten note, a favourite hobby, or a delicate sketch, we’d love to hear from you.

  • 2 - Check your inbox

    This is where the fun starts. You’ll get an email from Helena, our in-house designer, to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and suggest the glassware styles best suited to your design.

  • 3 – Secure Your Design Slot

    When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll book the agreed artwork time (£20 per hour) through our Bespoke Artwork & Design Service. This covers preparing your layouts, mock-ups, and up to two rounds of revisions - the fee is deducted from your final order.

  • 4 - Engraving Your Design

    Once you approve your final artwork, we’ll create a personalised product listing for your chosen glassware so you can complete payment securely online. After that, we engrave it by hand using traditional sandblasting techniques, creating a lasting piece made just for you.
